First Year Programs won the UW Faculty & Staff Insider #YouW photo contest for June! Featuring the First-year Interest Group (FIG) work. A recent study showed that that students who participate in the First-Year Interest Group (FIG) program graduate at higher rates than those who don’t. To celebrate this achievement, and the 30-year anniversary of the program, the team posed together on Suzzallo’s front steps.
