The Robinson Center & New Student and Transfer Program has an outstanding opportunity for a dynamic, service-oriented individual to join our team as an Academic Services Manager.
The Academic Services Manager serves as a key operational and administrative resource supporting the Robinson Center for Young Scholars (RC) and New Student & Transfer Programs (NSTP). This position manages critical administrative systems, ensures compliance with institutional policies and accessibility standards, and provides coordination for fiscal processes, staffing operations, and facilities support.
The role oversees program databases, reporting dashboards, and website content while supporting risk management, onboarding and offboarding processes, classified/professional staff hiring, on-call coverage, and scholarship administration. In addition, the position provides on-site operational support for staffing and program implementation, assists with building coordination functions, and contributes to cross-unit initiatives and special projects. Working collaboratively with program team members, this position exercises independent judgment, prioritizes multiple operational responsibilities, and helps ensure efficient, compliant, and effective program operations.
