How It Works

During the last staff meeting each month, we take a few minutes to:

  • Share submitted nominations for a colleague who has made a meaningful impact
  • Vote together on who to recognize as the Campus Partner of the Month
  • Celebrate by sharing ways we partner with the person or appreciate the work they do

After the meeting, we turn the shared reflections into a letter of recognition and email it to the staff member and their supervisor, ensuring their impact is acknowledged and celebrated.

Why This Matters

Recognizing colleagues helps create a culture where people feel valued, seen, and supported. This process is one way we intentionally practice collaboration — not just in our daily work, but in how we honor and uplift each other.
