All sessions are subject to availability in the reservation system. 

You must attend an A&O Part 2 session to register for your classes. Regardless of when you attend A&O, you can register for courses that count toward graduation requirements.

*Summer/autumn: Students participate in programs scheduled in July and mid-August, based on their major and areas of interest. All incoming undergraduate students will complete an online component (A&O Part 2—one day for transfer students and two days for first-year students) followed by a one-day, on-campus experience (A&O Part 3). Your specific program options will be shared when you enter the reservation system.

Make-up sessions: If you absolutely cannot attend a session, please email our office at nstp@uw.edu after the reservation system opens, and we will work to place you in a makeup orientation session for A&O Part 2 and/or Part 3.
