Every day, colleagues go above and beyond to support students, teams, and one another — and it’s important that we take time to recognize those efforts. The NSTP Campus Partner of the Month Recognition is a way we live out our shared values of intentionality and collaboration. By pausing to celebrate others' contributions, we strengthen our community, build connections, and reinforce a culture of appreciation and partnership.

How It Works
How It Works
During the last staff meeting each month, we take a few minutes to:
- Share submitted nominations for a colleague who has made a meaningful impact
- Vote together on who to recognize as the Campus Partner of the Month
- Celebrate by sharing ways we partner with the person or appreciate the work they do
After the meeting, we turn the shared reflections into a letter of recognition and email it to the staff member and their supervisor, ensuring their impact is acknowledged and celebrated.
Why This Matters
Recognizing colleagues helps create a culture where people feel valued, seen, and supported. This process is one way we intentionally practice collaboration — not just in our daily work, but in how we honor and uplift each other.
