How to find your students in the A&O student list
- Open the A&O student list (nstp.uw.edu/aolist) and select the tab for the session you want to review.
- Each row represents a student. In the columns immediately following the purple community group attendance headers, there is a NETID_IMPORTED field. This provides the student's NetID, and the adjacent fields provide SID number, name, email, etc.
- Scroll to the course registration fields (blue headers Adv_Reg_2_Dept through Adv_Reg_2_Dept_Zoom_3 in row 2), then scroll down the spreadsheet to find your department (sorted alphabetically).
- Check fields Adv_Reg_2_First, Adv_Reg_2_Last and Adv_Reg_2_Time. This is where you'll find your name and appointment time for the student in that row.
- DO NOT SORT the spreadsheet. We recommend that you use the arrow keys on your computer to navigate the cells of /aolist.

- For individual advising appointments, we will use this Zoom link: https://washington.zoom.us/j/92481057787
- For group advising appointments, advisers will use the Zoom link submitted by their department. These Zoom links can be found in the presenter list transfer adviser tab and are also listed below.
