Join your small group to engage in the UW Dialogue Initiative and preview Dawg Daze events. You will receive an overview of the day, set goals and introduce yourself. Bring your questions and concerns about navigating the first few weeks of school.

Meet with your academic adviser to identify tools for academic success.

Join us in exploring key locations on campus that will help guide you in your academic journey at the UW. 

Health and well-being

Meet with your fellow Huskies in a large group to discuss health and well-being resources at UW with Peer Health Educators.

Each student receives a free t-shirt to show their Husky spirit and celebrate the beginning of something great.

Throughout the day, please make sure to visit various offices to ensure that you are prepared for the first day of school.

Find your classes (self-guided)

Take this time to physically visit all of your class locations for the quarter. Plan out your route and ensure you know the correct building entrance. You can use Google Maps to search building names. You can find your schedule on MyUW.
