• Full time, degree-seeking, undergraduate student on the Seattle campus
  • Knowledge of, or an aptitude and willingness to learn about, a wide variety of UW student resources and services
  • Desire to support students as they transition to the UW
  • Ability to serve as a positive and professional representative of NSTP when communicating with offices across campus
  • Ability to receive constructive feedback
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong oral and written communication skills of the English language
  • Good academic and conduct standing prior to and throughout the entire term of employment
  • Ability to work for the entire year in which hired, including summer quarter AND remain on staff for a least one additional year
